Director of Nursing- Psych

BSN with plan to achieve Master's Experience. MSN preferred. Min of 5 years experience in Psychiatric/Mental Nursing. Min of 3 years management/admin experience. Technical Skills: Ability to communicate clearly through spoken words and in writing. Must have experience and sensitivity to supervise care for patients in all age groups and with all disabilities within the hospital's scope of operation. Massachusetts state license with current registration. Work record demonstrates advance leadership experience consistent with job responsibilities.

This comprehensive behavioral health facility provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services in a private community setting.the patients are in the care of highly skilled multidisciplinary treatment team that includes Doctors, Psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, counselors, and educational professionals. Program components include family education and participation, tutoring programs, group and individual therapy as well as structured aftercare plans.
