Job Summary
In the ICU, this position will provide leadership, generate decisions and set goals to assure that the unit meets and exceeds the standards of care defined for the patient population.

Required Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.  (I can help with this if you're out of state) BLS certification At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in critical care. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.  Mostly nights!  Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills!!

These are qualifications the hospital would like to see:

At least one year of previous supervisory/management experience Charge Nurse experience BSN ACLS certification
