Job Description:RN - Healthcare Provider
Do you have at least 3 years of experience in the home health care industry? Have you worked in a administration capacity? Do you currently hold a active RN certification? If so read on…………...
What you need:
• Ability to effectively work with patients, hospital personnel and physicians
• Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a home healthcare setting is a must.
What you will be doing:
- As a RN Administrator, you will manage the overall operations for nursing services.
- Primary responsibilities include development and periodic revision of policies and procedures. - Prompt corrective responses to any issues with building or systems safety.
- Liaison between patient's
- You'll also be involved in budget formulation, staffing, inventory management, and compliance procedures.
- Above all, you'll maintain open communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care.
- Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supervising the nursing, technical and biomedical staff as well as ensuring equipment and supplies are maintained to provide high quality patient care.
- This position also acts as the liaison between the home health agencies program, the facility, physicians and hospital directors of nursing and participates in budget formulation and review while managing the budget of the home health program.
