We are seeking a full time Director of Nursing for our long term care facility. We have 132 nursing beds and 60 assisted living beds. The Director of Nursing provides leadership to the nursing staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and celebrating successes. While focusing on planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department, the position must also manage the resources within their control and assist others in managing resources.

Requirements include a valid Ohio RN license, BSN or ADN, and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in long term care.
