Description: Provide clinical oversight of patients and clinicians, supervise routine operational activities, and oversee administrative staff on assigned shift. Ensure appropriate utilization of high quality home care services and maximize reimbursement for services. May provide direct patient care as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Supervisory experience Ability to effectively triage clinical situations Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with staff at all levels and disciplines See a situation, critically assess it, make a decision, and execute it Current RN license in MA 5 years progressively responsible nursing experience with at least 2 years in community health Travel required within PHCs geographic area Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft office suite Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience See website www.partnershomecare.org Job Location: Rockland, MA Job Number: 1904 Company URL: http://www.partnershomecare.org/
