Job Summary:
Technical, functional and administrative support for the 401(k) retirement and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.  Oversee weekly 401(k) payroll processing and auditing functions, as well as data reconciliation. Partner with Payroll and Finance for plan set up, audit and reconciliation. Work is primarily self-directed following established procedures with limited supervision referring only unusual circumstances and more complex matters to supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze, audit and reconcile weekly Payroll files, GL expense accruals and ensure timely funding of all 401(k) monies.  Primary point of contact for Payroll and Finance teams.Research and respond to employee retirement and deferred compensation plan issues and questions.Analyze and approve/deny requests for hardship withdrawals and QDRO’s.Compile data and assist auditors with the annual audit for the financial statements and Form 5500 filings.Perform monthly 401(k) loan and deferral audits.Provide subject matter expertise, data compilation and admin tasks to support any plan or vendor changes, acquisitions/divestitures, DOL audits, etc.Work closely with internal and external communication teams regarding plan-related communications.Ongoing communications and education coordination with 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation vendors.Onsite training and education to employees in regards to 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation benefits.Streamlining procedures.Other duties as assigned (including acquisition due diligence, employee support, training, etc).

Job Requirements:

Associates/2 year degree or equivalent.2-4 years experience.Familiarity with 401(K) plans and associated regulations.Problem solving, analytical skills, advanced Excel & Access ability, the ability to think outside the box, multitasking several priority items.
