Resposibilities:

Must be of the highest morale character Strong work ethic needed in order to maximize profits and revenues Must drive sales and maintain hourly and weekly sales goals Manage all sales staff Reporting on a weekly basis as specified by retail owner Responsible for executing the hiring, firing, training and scheduling of all employees Ordering all supplies and packaging needs in accordance with yearly budget guidelines Fully maintain the data system that is implemented in location Must agree to submit to a polygraph test if requested Work with buyer to maintain stock levels and communicate customer needs and wants Inventory control and management is key, must be accountable for all damages, returns and discrepancies Perform quarterly sales staff evaluations Proper management of all emails and correspondents with retail owner, buyer, and vendors Will oversee visual merchandiser, so visual integrity of the store is of the highest quality

Qualifications:

Candidates must have 1-3 years management experience in an upscale retail environment Established history in recruiting and retaining a quality sales staff Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems Knowledge of administatove aspects of store operations Must be extremely organized and detail oriented Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
