The nation’s largest Battery Specialist Franchise with over 310 locations is seeking an energetic Store Associate for our Lawton, Oklahoma location.

The progression time table is 60 to 90 days as a Trainee, once qualified you will be classified as a Sales Associate and participate in the company’s bonus programs at that level. As a Trainee and as a Sales Associate your duties include but are not limited to, assisting in all aspects of retail and commercial sales, delivering products to our commercial customer base, learning and working in our tech center making custom battery packs, helping store manager with purchasing and inventory control and learning how to monitor and influence Sales and Gross Profit targets.

At least a high school diploma is required college degree preferred. Candidate must be computer literate with competency in Word and Excel. A valid Driver’s License is required. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Previous experience in retail operations is a plus.

Your initial training may be in Oklahoma City and the training period is generally 4-8 weeks depending on the candidate. If the training occurs in Oklahoma City, the company will provide a hotel room for four nights every week during the training period.
