Job Title: Retail Stock Room Manager position for UGG Australia Outlet Store
Job Location: Woodbury Commons Outlets, Central Valley, NY

Summary
Provides assistance to the Store Manager of the retail outlet store for upscale national branded merchandise and is engaged in organizing the Stock Room and selling footwear and related merchandise by performing the following duties personally or through team members.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the stock room and its associates to ensure smooth operation of inventory flow to the store
• Achieve and exceed the sales, margin, and profit plans.
• Maintain the very highest store standards in presentation and HR management.
• Assists with the supervision of employees engaged in customer service; train and lead sales associates in outstanding customer service.
• Assists with the maintenance of appropriate expense control.
• Assists with the planning and preparation of work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Process a large amount of inventory quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Identify opportunities for meaningful additional volume and profit.
• Coordinates sales promotion strategies, including preparation of merchandise setup.
• Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.

Position Qualifications
• B.A. Degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years experience in retail stock room management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Retail Pro and Oracle a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
