MarketSource is currently partnering with a national wireless carrier.  We are actively seeking exceptional individuals to fill part time positions assisting sales and brand awareness in a store environment. Equipped with the latest sales techniques and customer service skills our Retail Sales Representatives will educate and find solutions to match customer needs with the right products and services. Applicants should have a dependable and professional work ethic, possess reliable transportation, and most importantly shine with personality. This is a part-time permanent position and will involve flexible scheduling. Reps will sell in stores Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and possibly Monday. We are looking for candidates who are in search of a long-term, part-time opportunity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

Responsible for “driving sales”, product awareness, and customer satisfaction Meeting or exceeding sales goals Build productive relationships with in-store personnel Maintain a sound knowledge of specific wireless products and services Professionally represent MarketSource and it’s client at all times Support all retail outlets in assigned geographical territory Attend requested training sessions and conference calls Increase visibility and value in client’s product and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of retail sales, marketing, or event promotion required Reliable internet access a must for online training and weekly reporting Must have reliable transportation Employee should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must understand and demonstrate professionalism Flexible for scheduling Possesses ability to continue to pursue in-depth product and service knowledge and acquire deeper selling, technical, and communication skills Have the ability to thrive in a fast-pasted environment Wireless sales experience a plus
