Johnson && Johnson Sales && Logistics Company, LLC, a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Representative supporting the Los Angeles territory. This position will be based in a remote home office in the Anaheim/Norwalk, CA area. The Retail Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling/building displays and achieving speed to market objectives in assigned retail accounts for all J&&J consumer products. The RSR is also responsible for securing maximum authorized brand and size distribution, shelf tag placement, and shelf space. The Retail Sales Representative will also be responsible for developing Wal-Mart business through contact with Wal-Mart Market Managers with his/her base geographic territory. This includes the ability to sell utilizing/interpreting specific POS data. Implement the retail sales plan based on quarterly brand priorities, regional promotions and account specific priorities targeted against new distributions, planograms, promotions and pricing. Sell surveys, special packs, special promotions for off-shelf display in retail accounts and to assigned retail supervisors. Correct out of stocks by reviewing retailer hand-held/inventory management systems. Communicate daily activities, and store and competitive information effectively and timely. Keep chain supervisors, store operations personnel and retail account personnel informed about current brand performance, advertising support, new product introductions and promotion plans. Consistently maintain store lists and store profiles via retail reporting system in order to maintain accurate account personnel listings. Effectively plan retail store routing in order to maximize retail coverage.

A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required. A minimum of 1 year of sales/retail experience in the consumer products industry and/or store manager experience with a major chain is preferred.
