This position reports directly to the store owner.

The role of the RSM is to oversee the day to day operations of the retail staff at the store. The position has as its main responsibilities the staff scheduling, training, floor organization and operations of the retail area.

Lead retail sales staff on a day to day basis and scheduling

Responsible to oversee and approve Used purchases

Responsible for floor staff sales margins and performance

Responsible to purchase Darkroom and film

Responsible for purchases of large format and 35mm used

Floor displays, organization and layouts

Notify Operations of price changes and new products

Floor attitude, cleanliness and energy level
