Staples’ Sales Managers are responsible for supporting and executing our Easy Brand Promise by:

·       Demonstrating and reinforcing the behaviors that make every shopping experience “Easy” for our customers.

·       Fostering a sales culture to enhance customer service and drive sales using available tools and training.

·       Effectively managing sales and profitability of assigned departments.

·       Actively maintaining a team approach in the day-to-day management of store associates.

The most qualified candidates for this position have the following skills and experience:

·       A minimum of 2 - 4 years sales and supervisory experience in a retail environment.

·       Strong leadership skills.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Ability to drive sales in a customer service focused environment.
