At this time, Well-Heeled footwear is seeking a qualified individual interested in a rewarding management career! We are looking for an individual who wants to own their business by managing and leading effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven Leadership, Organizational and Communication skills Ability to empower and build a sales team Ability to Maximize Sales Ensure Exceptional Customer Service Prior Retail/Footwear/shoe Management experience is preferred, but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

Maintain and promote Well-Heeled Footwear’s employee and company guidelines Maximize the potential of Well-Heeled Footwear and it’s team Inspire, motivate and lead by example to insure a safe and positive work environment Deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction Recruit potential new employees Maintain inventory levels and balance stock between stores Ensure compliance with current State and Federal employment/labor laws Administer quarterly performance reviews with all employees Maintain all store display presentation/merchandising standards Weekly meetings with Store Buyer to access inventory level
