Our Sales Associates work one-on-one with our valued customers to ensure their happiness in making a purchase for a gift, expression of love or self-reward. You will learn how to execute an ideal diamond presentation, develop a customer base of your own and make an impact on our customers' lives. Our Associates are also responsible for checking in new merchandise, handling repair paperwork, opening new credit accounts, following up with customers after their purchase and other duties as assigned.
