I have a client in need of a strong, energetic and driven Project Manager.  Not just any PM.  They need a well rounded PM.  One who can take it from raw land all the way through construction and turn over to leasing

 

This person will handle all in house development projects for this Retail Developer.

 

An acquisition person will put a piece of land under contract.  You take it from there.

 

Your Responsibilities:

·        Due Diligence

·        Site investigation

·        Pro Forma

·        Zoning requests

·        Permitting

·        Site Design

·        Engineering

·        Bidding

·        Oversee Construction of the Building

·        Turn over to Leasing

·        Then work with Tenants on build outs
