Coordinate, supervise and execute store conversions, Retail Margin Enhancement initiatives and merchandising projects for Member store. Work closely with the Retail Development team.
Position Requirements:Coordinate, supervise and execute store conversions. Responsible for directing the activity of the conversion team, working with the Retail Consultant and new Member to identify conversion goals and execute the plan to create a smooth transition to the True Value program
Coordinate, supervise and execute margin enhancement projects. Responsible for directing the execution of the scanning and production of bin tags for store, communicating and verifying the margin enhancement process to the Member and work with Retail Consultant to ensure a smooth completion to the projects.
Coordinate, supervise and execute merchandising projects as may be assigned to support the goals of the Retail Development team.
Performs other related duties as required.
Position Attributes:No associate direct reports. Independent contractors and temp help would report to this position on a per job basis.
Associates degree or equivalent. Bachelors in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field highly desireable.
Minimum of 3 years retail experience or equivalent. Experience in hard lines desirable.
Understanding of Hardware merchandise is essential for determining proper item matches during a conversion.
Additional Qualifications:
PC Skills Required: Microsoft Word and Excel preferred plus an understanding of retail POS systems

- 50 – 80% travel
