POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop product from concept by working with cross- functional team in the design, product development and sourcing area.

· Focus on developing product and working with vendor community. Collaborate with planning and allocation department.

· Shop and identify trend and competition.

· Understanding of the fast growing junior market.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Understanding of target customer.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

· Previous buying or product experience for a top specialty retailer.
