Functional Description: I. Summary: The principal purpose of this position is to identify, coordinate, and educate newly authorized FS Retailers as users of ACS POS devices, including but not limited to contracting and bank changes. II. Primary Job Responsibilities: Retailer Recruitment - Identify, coordinate, and educate newly authorized FS Retailers on the use of the ACS POS Devices, including but not limited to contracting and bank changes. Ongoing follow-up with those Retailers is required. Document Preparation - Contracting documentation in order to keep track of newly authorized Retailers. Multi-Tasking – Educate and assist Retailers with the contracting process via mail, telephone, and email. Education and Typical Years Experience Education: Minimum – high school diploma or GED. Experience: Minimium of two years experience in customer service and data entry preferred. Solid knowledge of PC based office software to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. PowerPoint and Access recommended. Special Requirements COMPLETION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Examines own performance and takes every opportunity to improve. Shares/uses suggestions for improving performance. Manages time effectively. Consistently uses methods, which are efficient. Functions autonomously, rarely needing assistance with routine assignments. COMMUNICATION: Excellent verbal and writing skills. Ability to communicate with retailers in a professional and pleasant manner in potentially sensitive situations. ORGANIZATION: Reports to Retail Operations Manager. All other duties as assigned.
