POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Create department, class and key item plans by looking at historical analysis and trends.

·        Work cross functionally with Buyer in assortment planning process.

·        Manage markdown process and manage open to buy. 

·        Assess current business trends for ads and promotions in respect to sales, margin and productivity. 

·        Partner with allocators and replenishment buyers.

·        Produce reports to ensure financial plans. 

·        Plan at both class and key item level.

·        Conduct ad hoc and standard analysis. 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·        4-year degree

·        Strong sense of organization, priorities and time management. 

·        Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

·        Must have merchandise planning experience in a retail environment. 

·        Arthur Planning is a plus!
