Come join one of the nations leading retailers. We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment. You’ll potentially manage up to 25-30 hourly associates and be responsible for setting a clear vision for your team, providing leadership that will ensure excellent customer service, and developing high morale.
Essential Job Functions May Include:
· Drive to generate sales
· Budget control including payroll, shrink, sales, operating expenses, P & L
· People management including staffing, scheduling, counseling, training, and motivating employees
· Associate Relations: coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.
· Provide positive experience for all customers
· Ensure product is available to our customers at all times
· Ensure store is properly stocked and maintained
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelors degree from four-year college or university a plus
· Previous retail management experience
· Comfortable operating various systems including: Microsoft Office, payroll, SAP, etc.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
