The Retail Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing-related for a portfolio of nineteen, primary grocery-anchored, retail centers in the Dallas MSA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop relationships by target-calling and networkingIncrease occupancy and identity new 'value-add' opportunitiesMaximize rental revenue by negotiating new leases and renewalsReview and negotiate new and renewal leasesVisit properties on a regular basis and complete a competitive property analysis quarterlyDevelop and update leasing reports for the VP of leasing

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of direct experience in retail leasingBachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance or related fieldProficiency with MS Office applicationsProven sales/negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
