We are currently seeking a Retail General Manager to manage the ARAMARK operation at  BMW  Zantrum, located in Greer, South Carolina (near Greenville). As the Retail General Manager, you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within the service areas that include a Gift Shop and Cafe. You will have responsibility for inventory, customer service, cash handling, merchandising and financial reporting. The Retail General Manager directly supervises employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service is essential to success in this role. Operational and merchandise experience is required.  Knowledge of perpetual inventory operating system.
