We are currently seeking candidates for a District Manager to oversee the Western Pennsylvania market.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading a team of Store Managers to achieve the sales, expense and profit plans for a multi-unit district.

Broad-based business acumen and understanding; a good business sense
Strong team-building and equally strong team player skills
Goal & results oriented
Must possess extensive retail experience which includes operating at the district level
Accountable for sales and profit & loss results for assigned district stores.
Acts with sense of urgency
Additional responsibilities will include:
Supervises and directs all aspects of store operations for assigned district
Develops and maximizes sales and earnings potential at each assigned store within district
Develops management skills of Store Managers and other direct reports
Provides stores with operational and merchandising direction and feedback
Provides training, leadership and assessment of manager and associate performance
Plans and develops store budgets, store specific action plans and management manpower needs
Represents company to outside organizations within local communities
Ensures company policies and procedures are executed and enforced
Ensures communication and execution of company strategic plans at store level
Ensures superior customer service in each assign store
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 5+ years retail industry experience with 2+ years retail management at a district level; equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Travel required up to 3-4 days per week.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
This position will be located within Western Pennsylvania, and reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
