L’Olivier Floral Atelier, A luxury floral deisgne is seeking a retail administrative assistant. Candidates must have excellent phone etiquette, be well organized, multi task and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities Include:
-Handle all phone and in-store sales transactions
-Conduct all sales with in-store sales software
-Provide highest level of customer service
-Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
-Up-hold shop presentation standards
-Assist with client presentations
-Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
-Efficient and comfortable with phone sales/customer service
-Able to take direction and give assistance wherever needed
-Comfortable working under tight deadlines
-Sales experience with a luxury brand and clientele
-Strong computer skills, Retail Pro experience helpful
-Superb communicator, verbal and written
-Scheduling flexibility
-Self starter
-Interest/experience in luxury florals
