Currently, we are looking for a talented restaurant manager for a Northern Michigan Ponderosa.

The manager, as part of the professional management team, is responsible for the overall profitability of the restaurant while supplying customer service and creating "WOW" experiences.

Manager responsibilities include:

People development skills and abilities;
QSC (The understanding and communication of Quality standards, Service/Hospitality Obsessed, cleanliness of restaurant);
Sales Growth;
Local Marketing;
Professionalism/Impact/Leadership;
Administrative functions within the restaurant (reports, payroll, labor laws, inventory, invoicing, cash control).

Candidates must:
-Have restaurant management experience
-Be able to work flexible hours
-Desire to work in a fun, fast-pace environment
-Be dependable with an enthusiastic attitude
