The Restaurant Manager is ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including opening, mid or closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, management, supervision of all staff and staffing levels, ordering and fulfillment of supplies, quality of food and beverage, housekeeping safety and pace. Is responsible for scheduling and development of Front of the House staff. Has financial responsibility for the operation.
This position qualifies for industry leading benefits with stock options, 55 hour work week, with 2 days off consecutively.
2+ years of solid, full service casual or upscale Restaurant Management experience.
