Job Description:

Location: Anaheim, CA

Base Salary: 35.0 to 40.0 k base plus bonus

Restaurant Manager for the Front of House for a great high volume restaurant location

What you will be doing:
~ Provide shift and project supervision in order to consistently meet or exceed the standard of Customer Service.
~ Recruit, Hire, Train, retain and develop the Restaurant team.
~ To serve as a role model
~ To insure the execution of operating standards
~ Maintain a safe and secure environment for all Guests and Team
~ Work floor management shifts to set the pace and to insure Excellent Service
~ Work shifts to coach employees and provide ongoing feedback for their development
~ Manage the store appearance, maintenance, and atmosphere
~ Create a positive environment for all Team Members and Guests

What you need for this position:
* 3-5 years FOH management experience
* Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a strong team
* Job training and money management skills
* Active commitment to quality, service, cleanliness, and value
