We’re looking for full-time Shift Managers and Restaurantl Managers for our Bel Air, Maryland store:
The Shift Manager supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods:
· Trains Cashiers and Dining Room Attendants.
· Delegates cleaning assignments to the front of the house Team Members.
· Provides consistent quality, friendly, and positive Customer Service.
· Follows the primary responsibilities of the Cashier position.
· Maintains a clean and sanitary restaurant.
· Completes inventory.
· Performs daily walk-through checklist.
· Holds monthly Safety Meetings.
· Promotes teamwork among Team Members.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the operations and staff of a store including the execution of all Company policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Assists with managing work schedules and assigning team members to specific duties
* Maintains restaurant equipment, materials, and supplies
*Conducts personnel interviewing, hiring, and discipline. Resolves personnel conflicts
* Ensures restaurant cleanliness, and safe work environment
* Ensures food product is made to company specifications
* Supervises team member productivity, reconciles cash with sales receipts, audits cash daily, maintain operating records
* Prepares daily paperwork
* Ensures Vendor food and supplies meet company standards. Ensures proper storage, and receiving procedures are followed
*Ensures compliance of team members with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices. Ensures adherence to all Federal, State, local laws, rules and regulations
*Maintains positive customer relations; answers customer's complaints or inquiries
*Provides leadership through example; provides ongoing staff development. Ensures all training programs are followed
*Schedules maintenance work as required
RequirementsThe Shift Manager should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Restaurant Manager should have 3-4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
