Position

We are searching for Restaurant General Managers for our Eldersburg, Maryland location.  As a general manager for our client you are expected to establish goals and objectives for the restaurant to attain the maximum customer satisfaction.  You will have complete responsibility of restaurant operations.  You will drive sales through excellent operations and market execution.  We are looking for individuals with strong people oriented leadership skills as well as a desire for personal and professional growth. 

Requirements

·         3 years of restaurant management experience

Location

We are staffing our restaurant in Eldersburg, Maryland. 

Compensation

As a management level employee, you will be provided competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits.  You will also receive paid holidays and vacations, 401k with company match, and educational assistance.  The base salary ranges from $40,000-$60,000 base with profitability bonuses bringing the total compensation to $75,000-$80,000.
