Residential Counselors For Sanford North Carolina

<P>Our client is searching for Residential Counselors to staff a home for adolescent boys in Sanford, NC. The available positions include: Residential Counselor I(RC I), Residential Counselor II(RC II), and Residential Counselor III(RC III).</P>
<P>The RC I positions are overnight awake positions with a 7 days on 7 days off work schedule working 11pm-9am each day. The hourly rate is $7.25 - $8.50/hr. based on previous experience.</P>
<P>The RC II positions are live in positions Monday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Friday, and Weekend. The salary for this is 16-18K plus benefits. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and 1 year of mental health experience. </P>
<P>The RC III position hours will vary depending on the shift. This requires a candidate with a flexible work schedule. The salary for this position is 18-20K plus benefits. Qualified candidates must have a four year college diploma and 1 year of mental health experience. </P>
