Marquis Care at Mt. Tabor in SE Portland is currently hiring a Resident Care Manager (RN) / MDS Nurse.

In this role your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of RAPs and Triggers. You will work with Physician orders and families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide as they follow the care plan.

The qualified candidates will be a RN with MDS experience and strong assessment & care planning skills.  Experience working as a Charge Nurse is required.
