MORTGAGE RESEARCH VERIFICATION AGENTS - CONTRACT TO HIRE
IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES LOCATED IN WEST COUNTY!!!
Are you looking to start a career with a fast growing, rapidly expanding company in the West County area? We have an immediate need for Research Verification Agents starting on June 2, 2008. We are seeking a results-driven professional to process transactional volume in our inbound/outbound and web-transaction contact center. Must be flexible to work either a 10:00-6:30 or 10:30-7:00 shift (flexible to either) Monday through Friday. Training hours of 9:00-5:00 and then will start working either the 10:00-6:30 shift or 10:30-7:00shift. Contract to hire opportunity paying $12 per hour for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have 1 - 3 years experience in contact center and/or online transactional environments. Candidates with mortgage origination backgrounds and history in use of web applications are a plus. The primary role of this position is to process verification of income and/or employment transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researching employer contact information via various search engines
- Outbound calls, contacting employers to verify requested information
- Updating online application and generating responses to clients
- Some inbound calls and assisting clients in their specific inquiries
- Provide a high level of personalize customer service
- Identify content for training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
- Support development of transaction tools, including identification and testing of system enhancements
- Work closely with management to achieve team and department goals
- Qualified candidates must be able to pass Drug and Background check administered at no charge to you.
- Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Education and/or experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1 to 3 years call center and Mortgage experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills/enjoy talking to people
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Aptitude for working with computers/paperless environments
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Special skills:
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus and preferred!
