We are currently seeking an experienced Research and Development Chef.

The R&D Chef will focus on Foodservice business. They will work with the Sales Staff to develop innovative food ideas for Foodservice application. This position will work out of our New Culinary Center at the World Headquarters in Baltimore, MD

Requirements

·        8+ year in the Culinary field

·        Experience in food manufacturing industry

·        Significant and demonstrable product development experience with seafood dishes

·        Restaurant industry experience, preferably with regional or national chain

·        A well rounded resume with regard to cuisine, both regional and category

·        Formal Culinary Training

·        Food Science Degree—preferred
