Advanced Vision Therapies, Inc. (AVT) is a rapidly expanding biotech company focused on developing novel therapies for eye diseases. AVT is seeking a qualified individual to be part of the Process Development group. The associate will work together with scientists in the therapeutic protein group to assist protein production, purification, analysis and characterization.  The candidate will be involved in the design and scale-up of purification processes and should have considerable experience in process development for therapeutic protein products.

Candidates should have a Masters degree with at least 2 years experience in a relevant field. The ability to communicate effectively while working in a team environment is essential. Other skills relevant to the development of assays and formulations a PLUS.
