Experience:
The client company, a global manufacturer of food and agricultural products, is seeking a talented Reliability Engineer to add to their Nebraska plant. To be considered for this opportunity one must possess the following experience and skill sets.

Bachelors degree in engineering(chemical, mechanical, industrial or electrical) or related technical discipline.
Two or more years of experience in maintenance, production or project management.
Knowledge and training of predictive maintenance technologies, ie. vibration analysis, tribology, root cause failure analysis and correction programs, etc.
Ability to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams.

Description:
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and management of the Reliability Centered Maintenance and Equipment Reliability program, along with other components of the proactive maintenance model that may be assigned as demanded by the needs of the facility.
