Koch Nitrogen Company and its affiliates own and invest in nitrogen fertilizer production and storage capacity in North America, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. The company's fertilizer interests manufacture, market and distribute more than 6 million metric tons of nitrogen products annually. Koch Nitrogen Company owns and operates facilities in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska which produce anhydrous ammonia, UAN and urea. These plants provide fertilizer to customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and the Midwest. Combined, Koch Nitrogen's fertilizer interests can produce about 6 million metric tons of nitrogen fertilizer annually.

This position provides technical support to the plant operating and maintenance department to work and/or manage projects. Additional responsibilities include: • Monitor and analyze equipment reliability • Develop and implement reliability strategies to prevent equipment failures and improve equipment implementation • Identify improvement opportunities and solutions • Develop and track reliability measures that will improve the work process and overall effectiveness of the reliability program

Previous reliability experience at a chemical process plant or manufacturing environment • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering • Previous reliability experience in implementing reliability programs (preferred) • Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance • Strong leadership capability • Excellent written and oral communication skills • High energy, self motivated and detailed oriented

Engineering or Technical degree
