Under general supervision, independently manages the most complex client relationship management functions principally for Large, high-end Mid Size 457, 403(b) and Multi-Employer Accounts:
•Develops and executes proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives
•Strengthens Prudential’s relationship with clients through periodic meetings covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings and investment performance
•Develops and executes account plans for assigned book of business
•Proactively seeks and closes additional sales and services to existing clients in assigned book of business and partners with Sales to identify and develop new business
•Manages account retention and overall earnings of assigned book of business
•Participate in finals presentation
•Play a leadership role in the internal organization
•Provides guidance and training to Relationship Management staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility

•Four or more years of financial service experience with seven or more years of benefits background in DB, DC and Non-Qualified products (with emphasis on 457 and 403(b) plans)
•BA/BS Degree.
•MA or MBA preferred
•Series 7
•Operates autonomously
•Seasoned, highly experienced individual contributor
•Expert negotiator and strategic thinker and change agent
• Handles the largest, most complex/showcase accounts
