Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
BS Degree - Business or related.
MBA preferred.
Credit trained, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Business development experience in the small business market as defined by companies with revenues of up to $10 MM in sales.
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
Strong portfolio maintenance/organized.
Responsibilities
Develop strong ties to other areas of the bank in particular branch network. Develop sales leads, create rapport with customers and prospects, review current bank relationship. Develop strong presentation of bank products and services that meet current and future banking needs. High customer service commitment.
