RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for satisfaction and retention of 20 to 35 advisor-distributed defined contribution, defined benefit and 403(b) accounts.  Some accounts will be multi-product.  Primary duties would include coordinating and/or personally delivering: ongoing servicing and administration, investment reviews, employee communication programs and plan design consultations.

 

While executing these responsibilities, the RM will interact with plan sponsors and MassMutual personnel with varying levels of professional development as well as outside financial professionals with moderate to high levels of knowledge about the financial services industry.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

A successful candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience with Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Non-Qualified plans. Skills should include the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks, the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, clear communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful working relationships. Knowledge should include most, if not all, of the following: basic defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified plan administration, an understanding of tax-exempt organizations, plan design, investment portfolio design and development of employee communication programs. The individual will need to have a Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63 license Travel will account for 30% to 50% of the RM’s job responsibilities.  The territory for this position is California, Hawaii, Nevada and Arizona.

COMPENSATION:

 

We pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. Our salary structure is commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance and 401(K).
