Seeking a proven leader to motivate and effectively communicate with various stakeholders at a north suburban manufacturer. Leadership position requires analyzing and managing processes that deliver value to Customer firm and promote employment opportunity for our workers. Strong negotiating, people and team-building skills required to address attitudes and behaviors that impede people working together.

The Relationship Manager reports to our Vice President, directly supervises 3 Harborquest employees and manages the day-to-day on-site deployment, training and supervision of several hundred hourly workers at a major Customer firm. Relationship-building skills; analysis, empathy, tact, and decision-making are critical to this key leadership position to realize the mission of Harborquest as well as the goals of our worksite Customer. Work schedule flexibility is a key requirement of this position as well.

Appropriate candidates will be proven performers in the area of communication, supervision, teaching or training in some capacity. Having honed these skills in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
