Our Southwest territory is currently looking for an experienced, committed, and reliable Relationship Manager to manage service, retain, develop and expand a portfolio of Commercial RV and Marine relationships in the dealer community. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as trusted advisor to auto dealer clients functioning as the dealer finance credit product and industry expert. In conjunction with their manager leads business development efforts for assigned dealer prospect base by developing a clear, concise understanding of their business strategy, markets and competition. Develops strategies to retain and grow existing dealer relationships. Partners with all product specialists to cross sell on credit products and services. In conjunction with their manager leads and participates in the credit process to insure accurate and thorough underwriting, structuring and portfolio management. Maintains strong asset quality through periodic review of dealer financial information including audit reports and strategy changes. Assesses dealership performance and maintains a dialogue with dealership management regarding the same. Effectively communicates with Key Recreation associates, Credit and Risk Management around these issues. Most functions will be completed with some oversight from the individual's Regional Manager.
Required Skills: Five years of experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager working with small business or middle market accounts. Seven years or more of financial services experience preferred. This individual will have demonstrated success in business development and customer retention. They will possess well developed credit, analytical skills and financial acumen. They will need to have a thorough understanding of all bank products and services and demonstrated success in internal partnering. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Salary: Base: $80-90K with many opportunities for commission.
Location: Home based office, preferably in the Arizona or Southern California areas. Travel: Required travel is based on the need of the business, however average is 3 days of travel ever 2 weeks.
