The Private Bank Relationship Associate is responsible for working directly with The Private Bank officers and high net worth clients across several delivery platforms, including banking, trust, brokerage, and investment management. This position may have a focus on one of the four disciplines, depending on company needs. This position partners with the Private Banker, Trust Officer, or Client Advisor and is focused on delivering superior client service; works under limited supervision. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge and understanding of brokered and managed investments, securities movement, and trust operations. • Extensive knowledge and understanding of lending practices and policies, loan documentation requirements, and regulations. • Extensive knowledge of deposit, loan, and investment systems, report generation, and information gathering • Excellent customer relation skills focused on delivering superior service quality. • Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications and proprietary applications • Excellent oral and written communication skills This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of experience.
