This position is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient and therapeutically effective care on the patient unit to which assigned. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards. This position is open for the Urban South Region Surgical Services Cluster Pool. The employee will be scheduled to work as needed in Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy and/or PACU as needed at the three Intermountain Healthcare facilities in the Urban South region which include Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Utah Valley Outpatient Surgical Center, Orem Community Hospital and American Fork hospital. Must be flexible to work day or evening shifts, Monday - Friday, some weekend shifts may be required. Must provide proof of current RN license that allows you to practice in the State of Utah, or provide proof of license eligibility, at the time of application. Current CPR certification is required. Previous experience in surgical services preferred.
