Our growing company in the senior housing industry is seeking a candidate who demonstrates motivation, enthusiasm, is team-player oriented, and exhibits independent thinking, to join our strong, supportive health services team as a Regional RN

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Providing education and support to health services departments.

Conducting audits for quality assurance of company policies and compliance with state regulations.

Assisting in the recruitment and selection of facility nurses within select communities

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Current and active RN license in good standing.

Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively coach and develop others.

Experience in an assisted living, long term care, retirement and/or memory care community preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary, a benefits package and car allowance. Extensive multi-state travel is required with this position. Currently we are recruiting for the Montana Region. This is subject to change.
