Responsibilities include:
Provide quality, clinical services to patients in the community. The care is delivered within PHC's philosophy, policy and standards of community health practice. The admissions process and case management activities are included in the services provided to patients. Qualifications: 'Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
'Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse
'Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in acute care setting
'Travel required within PHC's geographic area
'Prior community health experience preferred
'2 years experience in acute care setting preferred
'Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to the pediatric, geriatric and/or adult population
'Working knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices
'Strong interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy
'Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people of varied backgrounds
