Performing the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic, quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborating with physicians and ancillary staff to provide the best patient care
Completing Point-of-Care testing with all qualifying patients to meet CME measures
Communicating & educating the patient and family upon discharge or hospital admittance
