Ultradent, a world-wide leader in dental research and development, manufacturing and marketing located in Utah is seeking full time:

 

Regional Sales Manager

A fast growing dental manufacturing company is seeking seasoned Regional Sales Managers for the West coast region.  Manger will oversee sales operations, and field sales representatives in the West Coast Region (California).  

 

Regional Managers will be responsible for the following:

·         Recruiting, training and motivating a high performance sales team to achieve regional sales goals.

·         Implementing sales plan for the region to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, while developing strategy to obtain new customers. 

·         Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and staying connected to new and innovative products.

 

Ideal candidates have outside, direct sales experience in a monthly quota-based environment.   3-5+ years of management experience. BS/BA is preferred. Internet, PCS and dental background experience is a plus.  Candidates must also be capable of overnight travel (approximately 50% of the time).
