The position will be responsible for developing, training, supervising and maintaining a sales organization to sell, service and ensure Company growth. The employee will be responsible for meeting sales objectives established for his/her territory within the Region. Advanced knowledge of individual and group products as well as Payroll Allotment and Section 125.Sales, communication and relationship building skills.Minimum of 5 years experience in the recruitment and management of an insurance sales force.Microsoft Office proficiency.Professional designations such as CLU and ChFC are desirable.
