Major Duties and Functions Include:

THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION - BASED IN MINNESOTA

Provides external wholesaling/marketing services to specified independent agents and/or territories. Works fairly independently, services independent agents and the requirements of mid to large size territories. Drives product sales within assigned territory. Promotes the Company s Property and Casualty products. May assist with developing business plans, producer training, prospecting support, and point of sale work. May conduct product training and product sales seminars. What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 3 years personal lines P&C marketing experience. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Lotus Notes. Experience developing and managing sales and marketing plans and programs. Strength in written and verbal communication in both one-on-one and group settings. Analyzes and evaluates agency/regional performance and profitability and implements strategies for desired results. Develops and conducts agency training programs. Will attain appropriate licenses, including Life, and educational requirements. Maintains ongoing personal and professional development.
